Halloween event featuring Trick or Treating, face painting, costume contest, food booths, performances and more!

Location: Central Shopping Arcade 中心商店街 (map)
(Old National Rte. 4 ("Awning Street") from north side of Kanchogai Street to Hotel Route Inn)

Events/Attractions: 

• 15:30～ Face Painting
• 15:30-18:00 Trick or Treating
  • Halloween Passport (blue or red) required
  • Passports can be used for trick or treating at shops indicated on the map in the same colour (Blue Passport - Blue Shops; Red Passport - Red Shops)
  • Passports have numbers on them for a prize drawing in front of the Event Headquarters (本部) at 16:30
  • Halloween Passport Sales:
    Advance Sale: 400yen (On Sale Oct. 15-24 at Shops with a Yellow Star on map)
    At-Door: 500yen (Limited Quantities (200 Passports); 15:30 until Sold Out)
