Team Divisions:

• General Division, Max. 72 Teams
• JHS (Junior High School) Division, Max. 16 Teams
• Women's Division, Max. 16 Teams
• ES (Elementary School) Division, Max. 6 Teams

Team Make-Up

• Maximum 10 registered members per team
• Only 5 players (including 1 goalkeeper) play during matches
• Players can be switched at any time
• Only players registered with the team can be switched in
• Changes to list of registered members are NOT allowed after registration has ended on the day of the event

Registration Fees: (includes insurance)

• ES, JHS, & Women's Divisions: 5000yen
• General Division: 10,000yen

Registration Process:

• Fax the completed registration form (see sample translated form below) to 0173-64-3700
• Please call (0173-64-3700) to confirm receipt of the faxed registration form
• Remit the registration fee to the Michinoku Bank account

• Registration is only complete after both the registration form AND payment have been received
• Team registration is first-come, first-served
• Registration ends Wednesday June 16, 2016 (or earlier if team limits are reached)


Notes/Cautions:
• Teams are recommended to wear uniforms or matching clothes (suitable for playing sports)
• 1st-3rd Place Teams for each division will be recognized at the Award Ceremony
• The 1st and 2nd place teams in the General Division will go on to the National Beach Soccer Tournament Tohoku Tournament
• The 1st place team in the General Division will be receive an invitation to the Okinawa Beach Soccer Festival
